Mentorship Opportunity
Education Support
As you advance, you can become a mentor stylist. Mentor stylists automatically receive a 5% pay increase after their weekly sales are determined on the commission scale.
Full-time stylists receive 25% coverage for education costs, up to $1000 per year. This ensures you stay current and continually improve your skills.

I've been a hair stylist for over a decade now, and nothing makes me happier than providing luxurious hair services right here in Pittsburgh. I specialize in hand-tied NBR & IBE extensions, both being revolutionary techniques that gives your hair natural length and volume with minimal to no damage. The main difference is the beads are hidden in the IBE method. I received my NBR training in Laguna Beach, CA and have since honed my craft to become an industry expert. If you’re unsure which method is best for you, no worries, most clients leave that up to my professional advice.
I am committed to ongoing education and professional development to ensure that you receive the best possible hair services, because ultimately I believe that with great hair, anything is possible!
